漁船翻覆搜救 已尋獲4遺體
基隆藉漁船「世暉31號」昨天凌晨於桃園外海與「亞泥2號」貨輪發生事故翻覆，9名船員落海失蹤。今天上午9時左右，在失事海域發現1具遺體，確認是罹難印尼籍的船員，目前已運回淡水港，海巡人員仍持續海上持續搜救。
附近作業漁船下午2時20分發現第二具遺體，協運至淡水港。
海軍水下作業大隊潛水人員也從駕駛艙拉出2具遺體，打撈上船後將運回港內確認身分。
新竹海巡隊昨天表示，18日凌晨2時30分接獲第三巡防區通報，立即派出線上巡防艇前往查看，接著召集在隊人員於3時40分加派另一艘巡防艇緊急出勤，4時02分尋獲「世暉31號」，但該船已翻覆、船底向上。
海巡隊員表示，潛水人員從船首潛下查看，發現僅船隻前1/3處可進行搜索，船身後2/3處均被漁網擋住，潛水搜救人員無法進入駕駛室與船艙確認，過程曾聯繫在附近作業、有吊臂設備的「桃油5號」作業船支援，試圖將船體拖回港，但嘗試多次未成功。
海巡隊員表示，潛水人員持續下潛水底查看，才發現漁船的拖網卡住70公尺深的海底礁岩，船隻無法拖行移動，潛水人員也被漁網擋住而無法進入駕駛室與船艙搜尋，增加救援困難度。
